Senior Manager

We are looking for an experienced Senior Manager to join the firm.

Responsibilities of this role can be categorized into three major categories:

The main role will be to manage the delivery of the project(s) within the accounts he or she brings in, or accounts he or she will be given. This includes relationship management with the customer(s), overall project successful delivery responsibility, hands on deliverables or project work, project profitability and follow-on engagement sales. Specific engagement delivery goals will be provided as part of the compensation model.

Gasochem International will look to this person to drive services revenue growth for certain new customers within the Houston market, as well as within certain existing client accounts. Responsibilities include working collaboratively with other Gasochem leaders to define, sell and deliver solutions to meet customer’s needs relative to Gasochem Internationals’ service offerings. Specific account revenue goals will be included as part of the compensation model.

Gasochem International will expect this person to assist its leadership team in continuing to build a successful team and culture. This includes helping to make key successful hires, mentoring staff and making the internal contributions required to create a steady foundation for the continued development of the practice. MBOs for these practice development initiatives will be provided as part of the compensation model..

Position Requirements:
  • Demonstrated ability to lead successful delivery for consulting engagements.
  • 10-15+ years’ experience.
  • Deep knowledge of Information Systems/Business Consulting Methodologies.
  • Minimum of 10 years experience working in consulting services, 5 years at senior levels.
  • Track record of personally driving client sales
  • Strong leadership skills, particularly with highly diverse teams.
  • Strong executive presence and professional image.
